Cottage 1 is a beautifully restored sandstone barn with large shared garden and plenty of space to roam.

Converted in 2016, The Granary Cottage 3’s interior style is modern, contemporary, calm and welcoming with all the mod cons you have at home. The tiled flooring throughout the ground floor benefits from underfloor heating.

The Open Plan Kitchen, Living, Dining Room

The modern bright and airy kitchen is well equipped with many kitchen appliances, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, hob and extractor, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster complete the line-up.

The living/dining area is a great place to relax and get together with a flat-screen TV/DVD comfy sofas and chairs with a dining table to seat everyone and a patio door leading out to the garden.

There is also separate cloakroom with WC and a coat cupboard housing iron and ironing board, vacuum and clothes airer.

Master Bedroom

Wake up in the master bedroom king size bed, with its large picture window seat with great views of countryside there is also a TV/DVD and hairdryer.

This is a modern twin bedded room with a flatscreen TV/DVD.

A modern family bathroom with shower over the bath a heated mirror with shaving socket and light.

Outside

There is a large garden – mainly laid to lawn with a large pond at the bottom – which can be used for family games and fun. For al-fresco dining there are picnic benches on the lawn there is also a large paved/gravelled area with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. At the rear there is a secluded court yard.
